Our Policies

Colorado Conifers is a wholesale tree farm.  We grow and produce living materials, primarily a variety of Conifer trees (spruce, pine and fir) and Aspen.  As such, once tree orders are dug from the ground, orders are final.  We welcome our customers to hand select the trees in the ground that they wish to purchase.  If our customers prefer for us to select, our selections are final.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
Although we typically dig to order and then ship, we are able to store and maintain trees with advance notice and on a limited basis until a future shipment date.  Our storage and maintainance cost is an additional 10% for the initial placement into storage area and covers maintainence through May 31.  Beginning June 1, for continued storage and maintanence, we charge 10% per month prorated based on date of shipment within the month.

CANCELLATION
PRIOR TO TREES DUG - Orders cancelled prior to digging may lose deposit depending on our ability to resell trees within the season.

AFTER TREES DUG - Orders cancelled after trees are dug are final and the full responsibility of the customer.  There is a 25% re-sale fee should the customer wish for us to try to re-sell these trees for them.  Additionally,
-RESOLD WITHIN SEASON - If we are able resell the trees within the season, customer will also be responsible for the related storage and maintenance costs up until the trees shipped to new customer plus price difference, if any.
-UNSOLD TREES - if we are unable to sell trees within the season, customer remains responsible for the full purchase price and related storage and maintenance charges until trees delivered to customer.
